How we research & write
Every guide on GoinAtlas is produced by our editorial team — a group of researchers, writers, and frequent travelers who combine on-the-ground knowledge with rigorous fact-checking. We don't publish filler. We focus on what actually matters when you're planning a trip.
Our process: primary research (local sources, tourism boards, traveler communities) → draft → editorial review → fact-check → publish. Seasonal guides are updated annually. Practical guides (visa, budget, transport) are reviewed every 6 months.
Editorial standards
- ✓ Accuracy first. Prices, visa rules, and transport info are sourced from official government sites and verified operators.
- ✓ No paid placements. We don't accept payment for editorial coverage. Affiliate links never influence our recommendations.
- ✓ Transparent monetization. Some links are affiliate links (flights, hotels). We earn a small commission if you book — at no cost to you.
- ✓ Regular updates. Content is reviewed and refreshed. We mark guides with their last-updated date.
